All bookings and service purchases are final. Student Loan Savvy does not provide refunds for booked consultations, strategy sessions, webinars, or other services, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Clients may request to reschedule in accordance with any scheduling or rescheduling policy presented at the time of booking.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or no-show rules that are presented during booking, at checkout, or in a separate written agreement are incorporated into these Terms.

Student Loan Savvy makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current. However, student-loan program rules, repayment options, forgiveness requirements, regulations, deadlines, tax consequences, financial circumstances, and business requirements can change.
