My story
I've sat on your side of the table.
I'm Kathleen Boyd — a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Certified Student Loan Professional™, and the founder of Student Loan Savvy.
I'm also a first-generation college graduate who took on six figures of student debt to get my own education. I know what it feels like to stare at a loan balance and wonder if the math will ever work. That experience — plus more than a decade in financial services — is why Student Loan Savvy exists.
Most student loan consultants aren't CFP® professionals. I bring comprehensive financial planning expertise to every session, which means your loan strategy gets built in the context of your whole financial life: your taxes, your household, your career, your retirement.
